Educate and Restore Credit 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Our goal is to help remove questionable negative information from your credit reports. While we strive for the best results, credit restoration is not an exact science, and there may be cases where we are unsuccessful.
That’s why we offer a 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
If you enroll in any Educate and Restore Credit program and do not see any questionable negative items removed from your credit within 180 days, you may be eligible for a full refund.*
Please note: This guarantee does not mean your credit will be fully repaired within 180 days, but you should see some questionable items deleted during that period or your money back.
How to Request a Refund
To apply, contact your service specialist by phone so your identity can be verified.
Terms & Conditions for Refund Eligibility:
- Refund eligibility begins on day 180. You must remain an active participant in the program for the full 180 days. Early cancellation or missed payments during this period will void the guarantee.
- You must not add any new derogatory accounts to your credit report after the program begins.
- All payments must be made on time and in full.
- You must provide proof of identity (e.g., driver’s license and Social Security card) within five (5) days of enrollment.
- After requesting a refund, you agree to allow Educate and Restore Credit up to thirty (30) days to audit your credit reports and verify if any negative items have been removed.
- Refund requests must be made between days 181 - 240 and from your first payment date. Continuing the program beyond 180 days waives your right to a refund.
*Subject to the full terms and conditions outlined above.
